We process registration details, account identifiers, security logs, IP addresses, gameplay records and support communications needed to operate and protect the service.

Information is used for authentication, account recovery, fraud prevention, rankings, support, service improvement and enforcement of server rules.

03Payments

Payment providers such as Tebex or Mercado Pago process payment credentials. ZendaMu receives transaction identifiers, status and delivery information, but does not store complete card details.

04Sharing and retention

Information is shared only with service providers when necessary to operate the platform, comply with law or investigate abuse. Records are retained only as long as operationally or legally required.

05Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information through support. Some security, transaction and disciplinary records may need to be retained.
